In Western Australia, First Home Buyers may benefit from:
- First Home Owner Grant (FHOG) – up to $10,000*
- Stamp Duty Concessions – up to $14,000*
- HBAA (formerly REBA) rebate – up to $2,000*

FIRST HOME OWNER GRANT (FHOG)
In WA, the FHOG is currently worth $10,000 for a newly constructed home. These funds can form part of the deposit for your first home.
A cap applies to the total value of the purchased property (ie total value of land and building) to $750,000 or less, or if the home is located north of the 26th parallel to $1,000,000 or less.

Stamp Duty Concessions
First home buyers can save stamp duty costs on home purchases up to $530,000. If eligible you do not pay any stamp duty on purchases up to $430,000 and could get a partial rebate on purchases up to $530,000.
